With experience in senior roles with a sales & marketing, customer experience, and global strategy focus, I’ve used innovative frameworks and human-centred thinking to lead international teams through technological changes in the creative, media and publishing industry.
In the last three years, I have been working with NFPs, SocEnts, start-ups, and purpose-driven SMEs, and Corporate Innovators to help them to be innovative, customer-centric, and truly understand their market and customers as well as how to create customer experiences that align with their business objectives. This has been especially important for the NFPs and SocEnts that are navigating the recent NDIS or DES changes the government has made.
I am also an expert facilitator and teacher and regularly run Design Hacks and Hackathons for community engagement, teach all things marketing and customer experience at General Assembly, and design and teach education programs for startups in local government catchment areas.
